This film has got to be one of the best I have personally seen in ages. It’s the kind of flick you want to tell all your mates about. The story is gripping, the dialogue is hilarious, the action comes thick and fast and the soundtrack is kicking. As for the script and direction, it’s absolutely seamless flowing from one moment to the next, no matter how extreme, with the grace of a swan. It is a very moving film, and shot beautifully with imagination and skill. This is one you must see or you’ll kick yourself if you don’t.

When an inmate announces to his cell mates that he has hidden his fortune in the time capsule at Mount Fiji Elementary School the inmates make a break for it. We follow the escapades of the convicts whilst they are on the run trying to find this treasure and the story’s of each cons jaded past and what their hopes and dreams are. Make no mistake this story is cracking and totally enthralling. One minute you’ll be on the edge of your seat the next you won’t know whether to laugh or cry. The cast are brilliant and each one plays his role in a believable way so much that you start to care about these dodgy bastards. A multitude of twists and turns make this a real treat to watch and you’ll be glued to the t.v. from start to finish make no mistake. Japanese films are very underated but when they are producing films like this it puts the Hollywood big boys to shame. Bravo. 5 big ones from the home of horror.
