REVIEW
Super rare nasty, which is most widely found on the Astra standard black sleeve. Die-hard nasty fans will know that this is also available in much-rarer form on a sky-blue Astra Cultvideo standard VHS, and also a slightly-darker blue Astra Cultvideo C5 slipcase carton.
Notorious Argentinean cult film about a bearded man and his gang of biker chicks, who go around killing people, as they target the pregnant wife of a film director. The final sequence needs no introduction, as the film director supposedly disembowels the lead actress on film, as her screams fade into the darkness of the end of the reel, and we hear him say “Did you get that on film?” This infamous scene was to cause uproar, as it was expertly marketed as a snuff killing by the production team, in order to boost the profile of the film. It worked.
“Many of the actors and actresses
who dedicated their lives to making this film were never seen or heard of
again!” This makes me laugh as it is actually true. The actors and actresses
who made this film were certainly never seen or heard of again, as their acting
skills could have been bettered by a five-year-old!
