A video tape was discovered floating around the Japanese underground in the mid 80`s. One unlucky viewer happened to receive a copy in the mail. Not knowing what it was he watched the tape. The film was titled "The Devil`s Experiment" and it changed his life forever. He sent the video to the police, who after viewing it started an intensive search to find the perpetrators. The case was never solved.
