Michael Landon stars as teenager Tony, who is brilliant in his studies at school but whose behavior is a bit off the head. He fights at the drop of a hat, is moody, and cant stand it if he gets startled or touched. He is commonly known as a freak.

After he flips his lid at a halloween party he agrees to get some medical help from doc Brandon. Unfortunately for Tony the doctor is not who he seems and subjects him to an mind experiment and gives him some drugs.

The normally peaceful town of Rockwell has to deal with a series of violent murders and all fingers point to Tony as the perpetrator. All will be revealed!!! Great retro horror.
