A strange bond exists between Julia and her weird twin sister. Although she has not seen Mary for seven years, Julia begins to have horrifying and traumatic recollections of past experiences between them. Soon Julia`s memory is refreshed when she visits her sister in hospital and she gets totally freaked by her sisters hideous appearance. It turns out that her sister has become a deformed and violent psychopath.

A good psychological horror with a fair bit of gore. See the "Banned List" for more info. There is now an uncut DVD available in the UK which containes the "dog drilled in the head scene" and I believe you can get it from woolworths!
