An infamous painter looking for inspiration visits the place of his childhood. In the years that have passed the beautiful river where he used to play has been turned into a sewer. They say that beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. That comes easy as the painter finds a mermaid in the depths of the sewer. He remembered that she visited him when he was a child and her image has since haunted his mind. He soon discovers that the mermaid has a disease and takes her to his home to care for her. This is where the lovely dream stops and the gruesome nightmare begins. More derranged and twisted shit from the guinea pig guys.
