The apparently motiveless and grotesque slayings of numerous women have reached blood-bath proportions. The psychotic killer will try any method possible but why is he doing it? Who is it who is manipulating him. A secret society of men have decided to take the law into their own hands and are manipulating the killer to do their dirty work for them. Finally the police and the group of deranged loonies come head to head in a ruckus of bloody violence.

Dubbed as a U.K. video nasty, "Delirium" is your typical US 70's style action film although it does contain a little gore. The film doesn't actualy make any sense but is still entertaining. At one part of the film the music is the same as the old "The News at 10" programme and I can't help but laugh everytime. The re-release called "Psycho Puppet" is cut so avoid at all costs. Also don't confuse this with the US Anchorbay DVD as it isn't the same movie. Not a bad movie and watchable.
