On his return to River Falls, Jack Flynn is caught up in a huge spider web that is stretched across the road. His daughter, with a friend, set out to find her father. They end up in some caves just outside town and are attacked by a huge arachnid. As a result of there experience, a crew go out and knock out the spider with DDT, and bring it to the high school so a group of scientists can perform experiments on it. Unexpectedly the spider comes too and escapes from the school.

The revived spider seeks its revenge and terrorizes the town and generally smashes up the place then returns to it lair...

I liked this film because of its total b-movie-ness. Not as good as "Tarantula" or "Invasion of the Spiders"though.
